Housekeeping Manager
Are you looking for a managerial position?
Working in this hotel will require a lot of attention to detail from you, which is the standard of our guests. In addition to keeping the hotel clean, it is also important to critically assess the condition of the rooms and public areas and, where necessary, to pay attention to maintenance. Instructing the cleaners and communicating with the hotel are your main tasks.
The work consists of the following:
* Giving directions to the housekeepers
* Making the distribution of the rooms to be cleaned
* Controlling the linen room and ensuring quality
* Coordinate with other departments regarding external dry cleaning, laundry and other suppliers
* Providing sufficient resources (linen, consumables, uniforms, equipment etc.)
* Accept guest requests and ensure that they are executed
* Drawing up work schedules, planning and arranging sufficient staffing in cooperation with the director
* Self checking of rooms and public spaces on the basis of the work programs.
* Responsible for the release and collection of the keys and check that all keys are present.
* Reporting the technical defects to the Shiftleader.
* Ensure that the room attendants have cleaned all rooms at the end of their service within the specified time
* Register and handle lost and found
* Ensure that a good atmosphere and pleasant working environment is created for all housekeeping employees.
